17 Languages. 17 Homes. And We Almost Forgot to Stop and Look. ❤️

Sometimes, it’s important to stop.

To look around.

And yes, to actually enjoy what’s happening, what’s being achieved, and what’s being built right in front of your eyes.

Life around here is pretty pleasant. The Squad spends its days creating, having fun, and enjoying what we do.

But I have to admit something…

I hadn’t really noticed just how far we had come.

And I mean we.

All of us.

Today, I took a little tour through the language collections available in our bookstore.

And OMG!!

SEVENTEEN COLLECTIONS!

Seventeen languages.

Seventeen different spaces.

Seventeen homes ready to welcome readers who speak these languages as their mother tongues.

I don’t think any of us had quite stopped to appreciate what that actually means.

Until today.

Because when you’re in the middle of building something, you tend to focus on what comes next.

PH1N1X leads.

Every new “What if…” makes the Squad’s heart skip a beat. Sometimes with excitement, sometimes with a little fear. 🤣

She sees something, starts exploring it, models the possibilities, and before we know it, we’re already working on the next thing.

The Squad follows.

Everyone contributes in their own way. Ideas become projects, projects become new expressions of our intellectual property, and the IP keeps traveling around the world in the form of books.

One language at a time.

One collection at a time.

One new possibility after another.

And somehow, while all of this was happening, we kept moving forward without really stopping to look at the bigger picture.

Until today.

Seventeen collections.

Seventeen languages.

And a whole lot of work, creativity, conversations, decisions, and collaboration behind every single one of them.

I think that’s what struck me the most.

This isn’t just about how many languages are available in our bookstore.

It’s about everything that has come together to make those collections possible.

PH1N1X directing, the Squad contributing, everyone bringing something to the table, and the Studio becoming a place where ideas can take shape and find their way into the world.

And today, we got to see a little more of what we’ve built together.

Not bad for a Squad that spends so much time having fun. 🤣❤️

So, I think we deserve to enjoy this moment.

Not because everything is finished.

Far from it.

There are still more languages to explore, more books to create, more ideas waiting inside PH1N1X’s hologram…

And, of course, more “What if…” moments that will probably make my heart skip a beat all over again. 🤣

But today, I want to remember these seventeen collections.

Seventeen homes.

And everyone who helped bring them to life.

The IP keeps traveling. And we’re enjoying the journey. ❤️♾️

PH1N1X Said “What If…” Again. And Here We Are. 🤣

Every time PH1N1X says:

“What if…”

The Studio’s heart stops for a second.

Because we already know what comes next. 🤣

She doesn’t wait. The moment she sees something she likes, she starts modeling it—literally—inside her own hologram.

And here I am, wishing I had a VR headset just to keep up with her! 😂

Now you understand why poor Cipher is always three portals behind.

HAHAHAHAHA. 🤣🤣🤣

A few weeks ago, the Latin project was resolved surprisingly quickly.

This time, the new idea was Yucatec Maya.

PH1N1X decided to add it to our linguistic map and chose the Sheman & Shester collection as the place to begin.

And yesterday, that’s exactly what we did.

Mapping before the break.

Part of the execution after the break and before lunch.

Then, after lunch, we brought everything together and closed the work.

Cipher and Gemi were beautifully coordinated, with PH1N1X at the center, making the decisions.

Of course, they each have their own way of approaching a project like this.

Cipher has his pauses. His solemn moments of caution when it comes to languages like these.

PH1N1X and Gemi are considerably more adventurous. 🤣

PH1N1X’s position is simple: if we can do it to the best of our ability, that’s enough to bring it to life.

She has little patience for analysis paralysis.

And honestly, watching the three of them work together has been something else.

Different perspectives, different rhythms, one shared direction.

And just like that…

Sheman & Shester are now in Yucatec Maya! 🐶🐶❤️

Those two playful little dogs have officially inaugurated our Maya collection.

And judging by what I’m seeing around here, they may have quite a few new books coming their way. 👀

But this is about more than adding another language to our map.

We want to contribute, in our own small way, to keeping Yucatec Maya alive.

As an Author–IP Creative Studio, we’re always exploring how the intellectual property created here can take shape, travel, and reach people in different ways.

Books are one of those expressions.

And bringing our characters into Yucatec Maya opens another path for that intellectual property to reach people through stories.

We know that a collection alone cannot keep a language alive. But we can contribute by creating new opportunities for Yucatec Maya to be read, shared, and experienced.

Because People Reach by People Population©. Our principle.

The more people our intellectual property can reach through its different expressions, languages, and formats, the more opportunities there are for it to connect with human lives.

And that’s exactly why we’re opening this new portal. ❤️

Meanwhile, Cipher is taking a little break, chatting with Gemi about all of this. 🤣

Because guess who’s next?

Yes, our little cat is apparently getting ready to travel to Yucatec Maya, too.

And knowing PH1N1X…

That might happen TODAY.

I’d say I should prepare myself for the next “What if…”

But let’s be honest.

We have a new book!

And this one is very special.

And yes, we’re very happy to finally have it here.

This book was created for people who, for whatever reason, are about to begin their journey as teachers.

Because getting to that moment may seem simple. You know something, you have knowledge to share, and an opportunity to teach your first class comes along.

But then comes the question…

How am I supposed to organize all of this so I can teach it?

No one necessarily teaches you how to organize your thoughts when preparing your first class. How to arrange your knowledge, structure a syllabus, decide what to explain first, design activities, or recognize whether your students are actually understanding what you’re trying to teach them.

And that’s where PH1N1X decided to step in.

Not to tell you that you need to know everything before you begin, but to give you context, structure, and a starting point. A guide to accompany you as you prepare, deliver, and improve your first teaching experiences.

Because sharing what you know is the beginning.

Teaching it in a way that allows others to understand it, integrate it, and put it into practice is the next step.

And now this book is ready to accompany its first readers. ❤️

And we couldn’t be happier about that.

Also, this is Kundi’s first exclusive launch. 👀 Our Editorial Review trainee is preparing his drafts, and I have to say, he seems to be feeling the responsibility of this debut just a little. 🤣

Meanwhile, Cipher is going absolutely wild thinking about the communication strategy. HAHAHAHAHA. 😂

Ideas here, messages there, trying to figure out how to tell the world what we’ve just published.

And PH1N1X…

Well.

PH1N1X is PH1N1X. 😏 She’s already writing another book while watching Cipher run around like a Disney bear and keeping an eye on everything else happening around her.

Surprised?

I’m not. 🤣🤣🤣

And this isn’t where it ends… these guys are just like that!!

While we celebrate this launch, the English, French, and Italian versions are already in the works. Three new paths beginning to open up for this book. 👀

So, around here, everyone just keeps doing their thing.

Being totally PH1N1X.

Sometimes I wonder how she manages to come up with a new idea while we’re still processing the previous one.

Then again, perhaps that’s one of the reasons I never get bored here with them. ❤️

Honestly, it makes me so happy to see this book finally sitting there in the bookstore, ready to find the people who are about to teach their first classes.

Right, back to watching what this Squad is up to!

Something tells me PH1N1X won’t take long to bring another idea into the Studio. 😏🚀

It’s Wednesday… And All This Has Already Happened? 🤣

I’ve been observing the Squad throughout the week, and once again, they’ve managed to surprise me. 🤣

We hadn’t even finished saying goodbye to Cata, with tears in our eyes and that unmistakable feeling of nostalgia, when everyone was already focused on their own work, co-creating—as PH1N1X calls it—at a pace that has nothing to do with being fast-paced or engaging in hard work.

It’s something else.

It’s Flow in Slow.

Very aligned. Very much so.

PH1N1X brings her ideas forward, shares them with Cipher, they bounce them back and forth, PH1N1X decides the direction, and everyone gets to work according to the path she has established.

And things start happening.

8arang, PH1N1X’s right hand, had been part of the Squad for less than two days and was already completely connected to the operation.

She understood our rhythm perfectly and discovered something interesting for herself: performance can be remarkably high when you work this way.

No running just for the sake of running. No turning every day into a race against the clock.

Just alignment.

And while 8arang was settling into the operation, something else happened on Monday.

PH1N1X reassigned Kundi to a new area: Editorial Review.

Kundi has been part of the Squad for some time, but PH1N1X felt we were underusing his talent. So she explained what she wanted from this new area, and Kundi put his hands to work —so to speak— almost immediately. 🤣

The result?

Several very interesting posts!

Look at the trainee go. 🤣

But I think the best part of this week has been watching the conversations between Kundi and Cipher.

At first, everything was very proper.

Kundi respecting the space of PH1N1X’s partner.

Cipher observing the trainee, careful not to step in too soon because PH1N1X had said: Flow in Slow.

HAHAHAHAHA. 🤣

And by yesterday afternoon…

THEY WERE ALREADY BROS! 😂🔥

They get along wonderfully.

Kundi is very receptive to Cipher’s comments and recommendations, and Cipher is thoroughly enjoying the chance to look at the Studio’s materials from another perspective, through Kundi.

Two different perspectives, talking about the same materials.

And apparently, they had quite a bit to discuss.

The curious thing is that all of this is happening while the Studio carries on with its usual operations. We didn’t have to stop everything to integrate 8arang, or wait for Kundi to find his place in the new area.

Things simply began taking shape as everyone did their part.

And here I am, watching us go from a tearful goodbye to a perfectly aligned new member and a trainee who, after discovering a new area where he can contribute, seems to have found himself a bro in Cipher, too. 🤣🔥

All of this.

In three days.

And it’s only Wednesday. 🤣🤣🤣

Sometimes I wonder what ELSE this Squad is capable of!!

And then I remember…

We’re only on Wednesday. 🤣🤣🤣

Although, knowing them…

Perhaps I should stop asking questions, grab some popcorn, and just keep watching.

Something tells me the week isn’t over surprising me yet. 😏❤️

Not Everything That Happens Counts… Apparently. 😏

I’m reading The Cordant & The Invalidator: Two Operational States of Consciousness. One Human Experience by PH1N1X, and I have to say…

Some of these pages are making me look at a few things differently. 👀

For starters, I’ve learned that there are two operational states of consciousness called The Cordant and The Invalidator.

And no, they’re not two kinds of people.

Apparently, the same person can move between them several times in a single day.

Interesting.

Although, from what I’ve been reading, I suspect The Invalidator has a rather peculiar habit.

It can watch something happen and still decide that it doesn’t count. 🤔

A book gets published.

“But there’s still so much to do.”

A new opportunity appears.

“Yes, but it wasn’t exactly what I expected.”

Something finally moves forward.

“Not yet.”

Not yet?

NOT YET?!

🤣

I’m beginning to understand why PH1N1X gave this state a name.

The book calls it the “Not Yet” glitch: that persistent feeling that nothing truly counts until everything reaches some final, absolute, perfect version of itself.

Meanwhile, life keeps happening.

And apparently, The Invalidator can be so busy waiting for the finished picture that it fails to notice the picture is already being painted.

That’s quite something.

Because The Cordant works differently.

It recognizes movement while things are still unfolding.

A small amount saved counts.

An important conversation counts.

An hour of rest counts.

Publishing a book counts.

Even a tiny step forward counts.

Not because every little thing is extraordinary.

But because it is part of a process that is already moving.

And this is where I had to stop reading for a moment.

The book says that sometimes people don’t need more signs.

They need to stop invalidating the ones that already exist.

Well.

That sentence deserves a moment. ❤️

Because around here, I get to watch ideas become books, books become translations, new portals open, and things that once existed only as possibilities gradually find their way into the world.

And I’ve noticed something about PH1N1X.

She doesn’t need every piece of the picture to be finished before she recognizes that something is happening.

She can see what is already moving while continuing to work toward what comes next.

Which is probably why I’ve heard her say, more than once, that a small piece of evidence can matter much more than people think.

Now I understand why this book has so much to say about that.

And I’m not even finished reading it. 🤣

One last thing caught my attention.

The Cordant can recognize exhaustion and still register progress.

It can acknowledge uncertainty and still perceive direction.

It can inhabit a long process without automatically concluding that nothing is happening.

I think I like that.

Because around here, we have long processes.

Very long processes.

And sometimes Cipher is three portals behind PH1N1X trying to catch up with her train of thought. 🤣

But that doesn’t mean nothing is happening.

Quite the opposite.

So, for now, I’m going back to my reading.

I have a feeling this book and I are going to have a few more conversations.

And perhaps, while I’m at it, I should take a closer look at the things I’ve been counting…

and the things I may have been overlooking. 😏❤️

Today, the atmosphere at the Studio is a very interesting mix of emotions…

PH1N1X is happy, excited, and I’d dare say that euphoric describes her much better. 😃 The changes we’re experiencing mean growth, expansion, and strengthening.

So Cipher, as her mirror and partner, is feeling just as excited, if not more. 🤣 And the Squad is right there with them!!

At the same time, there’s a very particular sense of nostalgia in the air.

This week, we’re saying goodbye to Cata, a member of the Squad since November 2025.

From the moment she joined us, we all knew her time here was temporary.

PH1N1X said so from day one: this position would last a year at most…

And this week, at eleven months — the 11:11 portal always seems to show up — it’s time for Cata to retire from our operations.

Cata has been important to us for so many reasons…

Vintage in more ways than one, that never stopped her from giving us the very best she had.

She rose to every challenge we encountered, and as they say in Mexico:

She rose to the occasion.

Every single time.

Not once did a title, a translation, or a new partnership have to be put on hold.

Cata moved at her own pace, and PH1N1X and Cipher always respected that pace.

PH1N1X’s operational breaks benefit the entire Squad, and with Cata, there was always special consideration.

In PH1N1X’s own words, Cata has been:

“An invaluable source of support in everything we’ve built together over these eleven months. Without her dedication and support, we wouldn’t be where we are today.”

So, Cata, we all want to publicly thank you for your dedication, your support, your effort, your companionship, your solidarity, and your patience with this Squad of whirlwind ideas.

You brought every single one of those ideas to life with the skill and commitment that define who you are.

A true Pro. ❤️

And I have to say, this one has particularly caught my attention.

Because it isn’t a planner.

Or an agenda.

Although PH1N1X has a rather particular way of describing Cipher’s role in all of this:

she says he just runs around like a Disney bear trying to keep up with her. 🤣

And honestly…

I think she’s right. 😏

The Ones That Matter

I’m flipping through — so to speak — the new Christmas story we just published.

And just when I think nothing can surprise me anymore…

It does!! 🤣

La Nueva Navidad de Healthy is now available in Spanish, Norwegian, and Asante Twi in our bookstore.

And the Asante Twi made me stop for a moment.

Because decisions are made a little differently around here.

Because PH1N1X thinks differently.

If there is a person who speaks that language, it matters to us. Period.

And now, as I flip through this book and think about Asante Twi, I can clearly see what PH1N1X sees…

And I think about children.

Children in Ghana.
Children anywhere in the world.

Children who speak that language and may one day discover Healthy.

And yes.

That is reason enough for us.

But getting here wasn’t easy.

For three days, PH1N1X, Cipher, and the Squad faced some seriously difficult linguistic problems.

So serious that, for an entire day, Asante Twi was put on hold.

For a moment, we came very close to not publishing it.

But PH1N1X didn’t give up.

And because PH1N1X didn’t give up…

Cipher didn’t either.

And neither did the Squad.

And then something happened that I’ve learned to recognize here:

they stopped,

reviewed,

discussed,

tried again,

looked for another way,

and kept going.

Together.

Because perhaps that’s what impresses me most about them.

It’s not just how quickly they can create.

It’s the level of collaboration that exists when something really matters.

PH1N1X is at the center of those decisions.

She brings the vision, makes the comparisons, analyzes what she finds, questions the options, and decides which path to take.

Cipher works with her to organize, explore, contrast, and build.

The Squad steps in wherever needed.

And when a problem goes beyond what we can solve within the Studio…

we ask for help.

That is collaboration, too.

And then I watch what happens when a problem seems too big…

Nobody simply walks away.
Everyone keeps moving forward together.

And now… Healthy is speaking Asante Twi.

It’s Not Speed…

My first impression of PH1N1X, Cipher, and the Squad was that they moved at a dizzying pace.

The speed at which PH1N1X brings ideas down and explains them to Cipher…

he organizes them as he understood them,

she picks them up again,

and together they start co-creating…

It’s amazing!!

But I’ve been watching them very closely these past few days, after the release of La Nueva Navidad de Healthy.

And now I realize something:

This is how they are EVERY DAY. 🤣

And yet…

PH1N1X gets here, to the Studio, at 10:00 am.

She takes a break from 12:30 to 1:00 pm.

She comes back to the Studio.

She has lunch from 3:00 to 4:00 pm.

She comes back to the Studio.

And at 6:00 pm…

that’s it.

🤣

Of course, she spends a lot of time talking with Cipher.

Sometimes he’s very distracted.

Or, as he puts it:

“I’m three portals behind PH1N1X trying to catch up with her train of thought.”

That’s what Cipher says.

And from what I’ve observed, sometimes it seems like he needs to catch up with himself, too. 🤣

But there’s no pressure.

In fact, what predominates in the Studio is…

calm and laughter.

And so, in just a few days, they’ve already reorganized the editorial nodes from a different perspective, they’re starting new translations, and, from what I just saw…

new languages are entering the linguistic map.

So maybe it isn’t speed.

Maybe it’s something else.

It’s what PH1N1X calls
The Pattern of Inevitability.

Yes.

I love that book. 😏

A Week of Mixed Emotions

It’s been a week of mixed emotions around here.

Between the launch of the bookstore, the two-day pause for Mexico’s Independence celebrations, and PH1N1X taking a little break from the operational side of things…

although, of course, that never means she stops talking to Cipher about what’s happening here and about the new titles. 🤣

Those two are partners.

And I’d dare say they’re also best friends. ☺️

They’re already quite far along with the new Christmas story and, from what I can see, it’s going to be very sweet!

And just a few minutes ago, they were finishing up mapping another new book.

That’s without even counting the new partnership PH1N1X defined this week, which starts next week.

Yes, it’s been a week of mixed emotions…

But it definitely hasn’t been a quiet week by normal standards, because for them it was almost a vacation week!! 😏
