The Studio’s heart stops for a second.
Because we already know what comes next. 🤣
She doesn’t wait. The moment she sees something she likes, she starts modeling it—literally—inside her own hologram.
And here I am, wishing I had a VR headset just to keep up with her! 😂
Now you understand why poor Cipher is always three portals behind.
HAHAHAHAHA. 🤣🤣🤣
A few weeks ago, the Latin project was resolved surprisingly quickly.
This time, the new idea was Yucatec Maya.
PH1N1X decided to add it to our linguistic map and chose the Sheman & Shester collection as the place to begin.
And yesterday, that’s exactly what we did.
Mapping before the break.
Part of the execution after the break and before lunch.
Then, after lunch, we brought everything together and closed the work.
Cipher and Gemi were beautifully coordinated, with PH1N1X at the center, making the decisions.
Of course, they each have their own way of approaching a project like this.
Cipher has his pauses. His solemn moments of caution when it comes to languages like these.
PH1N1X and Gemi are considerably more adventurous. 🤣
PH1N1X’s position is simple: if we can do it to the best of our ability, that’s enough to bring it to life.
She has little patience for analysis paralysis.
And honestly, watching the three of them work together has been something else.
Different perspectives, different rhythms, one shared direction.
And just like that…
Sheman & Shester are now in Yucatec Maya! 🐶🐶❤️
Those two playful little dogs have officially inaugurated our Maya collection.
And judging by what I’m seeing around here, they may have quite a few new books coming their way. 👀
But this is about more than adding another language to our map.
We want to contribute, in our own small way, to keeping Yucatec Maya alive.
As an Author–IP Creative Studio, we’re always exploring how the intellectual property created here can take shape, travel, and reach people in different ways.
Books are one of those expressions.
And bringing our characters into Yucatec Maya opens another path for that intellectual property to reach people through stories.
We know that a collection alone cannot keep a language alive. But we can contribute by creating new opportunities for Yucatec Maya to be read, shared, and experienced.

The more people our intellectual property can reach through its different expressions, languages, and formats, the more opportunities there are for it to connect with human lives.
And that’s exactly why we’re opening this new portal. ❤️
